projetei.com was born in Porto Alegre City - Brazil to answer the question almost every family about to build asks: why do the mistakes only show up once the walls are already up? Because someone decided in the dark. We start with the concept.
We've knocked out over 380 projects for families right across the country, all sticking to one simple rule: you call the shots with the whole house design spread out in front of you — pics, floor plans, materials, and costs all there — so you're never left guessing.
Our gig's 100% online, with digital deliverables and a direct chat via WhatsApp or email. We're based in Porto Alegre but work with clients all over Brazil and, yeah, especially here in Australia.
A demolished and rebuilt wall comes out at triple the price. Getting window measurements wrong can cause costly delays. projetei.com exists so every decision happens before the first brick — on paper, in 3D and in the spreadsheet.
First images and floor plans within 48 hours after the initial briefing of your case.
Every image delivered in high resolution, ready to share on your phone, computer or WhatsApp.
Exclusive service for you, right here in Australia.
You walk through the home in photorealistic 3D before spending a cent. Every change costs zero on paper — and avoids a demolition on site.
A complete materials list: bricks, tiles, electrical wiring, plumbing and finishes — priced individually. Buy the exact quantities and keep the budget under control.
Once you approve, we deliver the final files: renders, floor plans and the cost spreadsheet — exactly what you decided.
